Who We Are
Striking Figures is a CPA-accredited virtual CFO and strategic advisory practice serving health systems, corporates, NFPs, and businesses of meaningful scale across Australia — and selectively in India.
We exist for one reason: to bring the calibre of financial leadership that large organisations take for granted to the organisations that need it most. Our Story
Three decades working across health systems services gives you a particular vantage point.
Inside large health organisations, you see the full weight of financial infrastructure at work — entire finance directorates, governance frameworks, and strategic advisory capacity that most organisations simply do not have access to. But the picture outside those walls is different. Through the smaller providers, contractors, and community organisations we worked with as partners, and through years of professional networks spanning health, commercial, and community sectors, we kept seeing the same thing: capable leaders — in health systems, corporates, SMEs, family businesses, and NFPs — making consequential financial decisions without the right guidance in their corner.
They had ambition and purpose. What they lacked was the financial architecture to match. Because financial clarity is not a luxury — it is what allows an organisation to focus on what it actually exists to do.

Meet Srinath Kondapally

Srinath Kondapally is the Founder and Managing Director of Striking Figures. He brings thirty years of finance leadership across the Queensland and Victorian public health systems, not-for-profit organisations, and private advisory — experience that spans some of Australia's most complex and demanding financial environments.
His career in public health saw him lead finance functions at the most senior level, holding full accountability across large multi-site organisations — managing budgets of significant scale, advising Boards and Executive Leadership Teams, driving financial turnarounds, and maintaining strong governance through periods of substantial organisational pressure. He has led teams of up to sixteen direct reports and delivered 100% audit success across his health sector roles — the result of sustained work on governance, controls, and compliance culture, not a one-off effort.
Srinath founded Striking Figures to channel that depth of expertise into a more flexible, accessible model — one that puts serious financial leadership within reach of organisations that need it, regardless of size or sector.

Srinath is based in Queensland and works with clients across Australia, as well as selectively in India.
