Our Story
Striking Figures was not built in response to a market opportunity. It was built in response to a pattern — one that Srinath Kondapally witnessed repeatedly across three decades of senior finance leadership inside some of Australia's most complex organisations.

Srinath Kondapally has spent three decades working at that level — across public health systems, not-for-profit organisations, and commercial sectors. He has operated at the level where financial decisions carry real consequence — leading finance functions inside some of Australia's most demanding and closely scrutinised public sector organisations, where the standard expected of every number, every report, and every recommendation is one of complete integrity and absolute accountability. He has advised Boards and Executive Leadership Teams through periods of substantial pressure, built and led high-performing finance teams, and delivered financial turnarounds that others considered unlikely. Srinath holds a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an MBA and Master of Commerce from Deakin University. Srinath Kondapally holds a Fellow of CPA Australia — the highest designation in Australian accounting, held by fewer than ten per cent of CPA members. Only FCPA and CPA designated members are authorised under Australian law to hold a Public Practice Certificate and provide public accounting services. That authorisation is not automatic — it requires demonstrated experience, ongoing professional development, adherence to a strict code of ethics, and compliance with CPA Australia's By-Laws at every point.
